BELLA VISTA, Ark. -- Capt. Tim Cook with Bella Vista Police said a seven-vehicle carhauler crash has northbound traffic stopped at Trafalgar Road and Highway 71.
“It appears a car came off of a trailer or car hauler, and that caused a chain reaction,” said Cook.
